One to one coaching, so you can get personalised training and guidance and In car training, where you can put the things you've learnt into real life training scenarios.

Lesson Plan Course

As part of this training option you are given 6 months access to our best selling Lesson Plan and briefings course, allowing you to deepen your knowledge and be able to spot any potential mistakes that pupils may make.

Skills Course

This course provides 6 months access to the SKills course, that allows you to understand Client centred learning, how to transfer responsibility, provide coping strategies and to be able to analyse problems and mistakes.

5 hrs One to One Coaching

10 hours personalised training one to one with an ORDIT trainer, these sessions focus on the things you want to focus on, therefore rather than sharing your time with other trainees, your training is focused purely on you and building on your strengths.

15 hours in car training

15 hours in car training at our training headquarters in Telford is operated 7 days a week so you can apply what you have learnt into real life situations and be confident with training your own students.
